I’m Linzi, a qualified and registered therapist. I work with adults, teens, and couples and have experience providing counselling both in private practice and within a charity setting. I work with a wide range of issues and have a special interest in helping people who are seeking relief from depression and supporting those who want to explore and improve relationship issues and patterns.
In addition to holding a degree in contemporary approaches to counselling, I have completed further training in areas such as anxiety, shame, self-criticism, pregnancy and baby loss, teenage identity, dreams, and inner-child work. This training has provided me with a broad understanding of various therapeutic models, knowledge, and interventions, which I tailor to suit your therapy goals and individual needs.
I am a warm and accepting person, and my approach is rooted in empathy and compassion. I am committed to actively guiding you through the exploration of your issues, helping you to unravel them, and supporting you as you acknowledge and work through difficult emotions. Together, we will work towards self-discovery, growth, and healing.
My core values—compassion, courage, and connection—inspire both my professional work and how I live my personal life. Outside of work, I love music and movement, and enjoy making meaningful memories with friends and family.
If you would like to work together, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I will warmly welcome you and support you through every step of your therapy journey.
