Where will I have my sessions?
In person
I offer sessions in-person from a therapy room within a purpose-designed centre for psychotherapy in Hull, (HU8). At the centre, there is a waiting area with accessible toilets, and refreshments are also available to clients. The centre is located on Holderness Road, which is on a bus-route, and there is also free parking both on-site, and nearby.
Online
If you need to work remotely or have a preference for meeting online, then you are not alone. I offer online counselling sessions nationally via a secure and password-protected video link which allows you to easily fit your counselling into your day and increase your accessibility to therapy.
Please note the above contact information is not for use as a crisis service. If you need immediate crisis support, please find a list below of United Kingdom contacts that may be used to access help.
